1/3 cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
three tbsp light trans-fat-free margarine
2 tbsp sugar-free syrup
three Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
½ cup non-fat milk
1 entire egg
four egg whites
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
6 slices whole-wheat bread
Cooking Method:
Inside a little saucepan on top of medium heat, cook Splenda Brown Sugar Mix, margarine, and syrup till it thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 inches glass baking dish and arrange sliced apples on top.

Ingredients:
Cooking spray
1 ½ cups old-fashioned rolled oats
one cup bran flakes, crushed
½ cup whole-wheat flour
¼ cup Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
2 tsp ground cinnamon
one tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
one 1/3 cups low-fat buttermilk
½ cup fat0free sour cream
¼ cup canola oil
1 large egg
one tsp vanilla
two cups frozen blueberries
one tbsp whole-wheat flour
Techniques:
Preheat oven 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a muffin pan with 12 paper liners and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Inside a big bowl, combine oats, bran flakes, whole-wheat flour, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Blend well.
