Baymy1311's Teapot Sugar Rush
Teapot Sugar

Can you help me identify a silver pattern by English Mfg Co?
In an antique store I found a Silver coffee/teapot with creamer, sugar, tray, etc that is footed and has a acorn or pineapple type - very fancy design on it. It is so heavy that I can't lift it entirely. On the bottom, it is marked with English Mfg Co, stamped 778 and a guy next to it and made in the USA. I did some research and found similar results to English Silver Mfg Corp in Ohio, so possibly it could have changed the name at some point. I am trying to find any information to the pattern name or more to see if the price is worth it for me to buy. Asking price was $300.
I'd take it to a local antique shop for info.
