Stoneware vs. Metal? How do you use Stoneware?
I have a stoneware muffin pan that I received as a bridal shower gift over 2 years ago. I'm not the biggest baker, but I've been thinking of using it lately.
Are there specific things I need to change in the baking process if I use stoneware? Do I use Pam on the stoneware? Do I use some of those little paper cup thingy's in each muffin spot? Do I wash the stoneware afterwards?
What is your preference? Stoneware or Metal? Or Glass?

you need to season the pan first like any other stoneware you can use paper cups if you like just like the metal ones
