Just wondering if anybody knew.
This is the stufff I have:

Corningware is specially designed to withstand temperature changes. So you can use it to take a casserole out of the fridge and put it right into the oven without the dish shattering.
Stoneware is very porous underneath the glaze and is not made to withstand those temperature changes. They should only go from room temperature to the oven. Otherwise, they can crack or break.
Both bake evenly and brown well. But for freezing or microwaving, use the corningware.
