A healthy recipe cheese dip?
I have my friend and his parents over for dinner this weekend and called Mexican food, but my friend's mother on a diet. As far as I know, she is trying to get their cholesterol down, which means that foods low in sugar, salt, and bad "fat." I already bought organic unsalted tortilla chips, and I'm planning on making bean dip, salsa, guacamole and spicy beef strips. Can anyone suggest cheese sauce, almost like a bath cheese, which can make it healthy? It will also require nutrition information for that too. Thanks!
