small plate of salad for a day and some veggies with it ,dates or prunes is it enough for someone who wants to?

and sometimes she eats protien not daily and not for pleasure by the way ,pleasure is gone .most pleasure i get from food end with depression and guilt and laxatives and starving ,so its better now with this portions what is your opinion?

No. That is not healthy on any level.
I would suggest getting some mental health help. You may have heard this before and may even have tried it or are trying it. But that is far too little to eat and it won't be long until it becomes very dangerous to eat so little if it isn't already.
Off of the top of my head that is something like 300 calories, maybe. Depending on if there is any salad dressing and how large the quantities are.
A normal person should be getting at least 1300 calories a day if you do absolutely nothing and even that figure is low. It should be more towards 1600-1800 calories if you do nothing.
There is lots of help out there and people willing to offer.
