You forgot my favourite - Tower of London.
Also, the British Museum is amazing...all the most amazing antiquities of the world in one place because the British stole them from other countries when they were the reigning empire. You can see Cleopatra's mummy!
Go see a play in the West End. If you want tickets on the day, then try the Half Price Ticket Booth (Tkts) in Leicester Square. They have a large selection of good seats for a few of the shows at half price.
If you are there in August/September you can tour the public rooms of Buckingham Palace while the Queen is on vacation. It's definitely worth it.
The London Eye...if you're not afraid of heights.
