I've been looking online, and all I can find is sites that sell the pieces that I purchased.

I was at an estate sale and purchased a few pieces that are "supposed" to be antiques (thinking I'm doing good getting a head start on my Grandma's and Mom's Christmas gifts, since they love antiques so much)....but, I'm wondering if they will be proud of what I purchased or if they will look at me as if I didn't know what I was thinking (I'm not an antique Connoisseur")

One piece is a platter from Burgess and Leigh, but when I looked up Burgess and Leigh, I could not find the platter nor the stamp on the back.

The other things are those little pin plates from Denmark. One has the mermaid; one has the ship; one has the cobblestone streets/town; and one has a farm scene.

Can anyone help me find a site that tells about the value of antiques (not one that I have to pay to join, please)?
