How do you clear about three zits?
I have very pale, porcelain, smooth, usually clear skin. I'm fourteen, almost fifteen. I woke up this morning with three new zits! I'm modeling soon later this week and I don't know what to do! I use a face wash with salicylic acid and an enzyme peel. I also take vitamins like amino acids, vitamin A, and fish oil with lots of omega-3s, 6s, and 9s! I'm not allowed to eat any junk food, such as chips, bread, honey, refined sugars, or milk products besides organic plain yogurt. My diet is all salad, veggies, grilled lean meats(I can't help but love steak, i know it isn't lean lol), raw nuts and fruits, and kombucha. So what could be causing these horrid zits? I use an oil free cover up that I have been using for about 7 months and it never made me break out, so that's also not the problem. If it helps to know, I exercise daily and I'm very very thin and tall. In addition to, I'm a very happy person who loves hanging out with friends and talking about teenager stuff!
this is how i clear zits over night i try the quick remedy in the source. The honey and toothpaste ones work for me.
