When you order a cappuccino at starbucks, does it come in a porcelain cup?
I was just wondering what protocol Starbucks uses... Also, if the answer to this question is yes, then can you get it in the standard paper cup instead?
Most lobby Starbucks will have porcelain mugs for hot drinks, and glass cups for cold drinks. When you order a drink and would like it in a porcelain mug, just request it for here. The barista taking your order will write your drink on a "for here" stickie, and stick it on the porcelain mug.
The default of drink orders are paper cups, otherwise known as "to go". So if you want it in a paper cup, you don't have to specify.
