Car Wraps - New Modification Craze
Vinyl wraps have previously been synonymous with company branding to vehicles, to raise the profile of a business. Advertising whilst on the go is a great way of boosting business, but the new craze with car modification is to completely vinyl wrap your car, to create a different finish, or give yourself a different colour. It uses the latest techniques in print production, and makes your car a blank canvas for your artwork, to customise your vehicle into whatever you want it to be. Like getting a new car, but saving a great deal on the cost! You can take the wrap off at any time, meaning that you can restore the car to its original colour, or apply a different colour; however your mood takes you. The vinyl does have a 5 to 7 year warranty, so however long you want to keep it, it is suitable. The wrap shields the original paintwork against chips, so also slows the depreciation of the car value should you come to sell it.
Full colour wraps to your vehicle can set you back around £1000. This craze seems to be considerably cheaper than past modifications that car whizzes have adopted, including customising your number plate, adding spoilers and changing tyres.
Do however consider the affect that this will have on your Car Insurance policy. Quotes an differ dramatically should you have made any modifications to your vehicle, and this may bump up your premium, failure to declare the changes to your Car Insurance provider could mean that your policy would be invalidated in the case that you tried to make a claim.
