I need some advice about back acne?
I was wondering, does anybody have any solutions to help me get rid of my back acne? I have a dance coming up in about 2 weeks, and I'd rather not have my back be all gross with pimples when it comes. Right now I'm washing it with Neutrogena pink grape fruit acne clear body wash and exfoliating with St. Ives apricot scrub every few days.
I haven't been eating the healthiest lately, so I'm going to change that. Also, I dirnk lots of water.
What else can I do?
make sure you use a back scrubber when you wash your body, when you get out of the shower put which hazel on a cotton ball and rub it on your back, mix baking soda and water and have someone use a makeup rush to apply it on your back, make sure you make it a bit pasty and apply it as a mask type. I got rid of my acne fast by using baking soda and water mask! it works great! but use a good unscented lotion after cause it may dry your skin depending on your skin type.
