how can i setup utorrent to get faster speeds?
I have heard that i need to know my upload speed and divide by 0.8 and put this # in they max global upload speed but how can i do this if every time i do speed test they are different not all websites that check speed are the same which should i trust. also should i test with a near by server or far away the closer the faster. I like Speedtest.net is this a good one and what is the recomended server to get the most accurate speed ?
Speedtest.net is a reliable site. This guide to setting uTorrent up for best download speed links there and has more info on setting the options properly.

The divide by .8 is not quite right. That comes from the fact that ISPs (and speed tests) show speeds in bits (b) and uTorrent shows speeds in bytes (B).
8b = 1B so the max in uTorrent would show as 1/8th of the ISP rate. However, you should also cap upload in uTorrent at 80% of your overall upload capacity.
