i have a "blauw delfts" tankard id it worth anything?

It depends on how old it is, in which condition.
If it is a new piece it depends on what its original price was.
The different potteries all had marks, the most famous is just a couple of bottles but there are many more.
It is hard to know the marks unless you are actually specialist in them, or have the right books handy, but there are a few rule of thumb things most Dutch have been told at one time or another. (Not that most remember.)
If it says hand painted on it, or made in holland, forget getting a lot, that is made for tourist industry and never real expensive.
If it does not have the give away marks, make a scan of the pottery mark (or a photo) it should be on the middle of the bottom, and use that to ask more information.
Collector sites are a much better bet than here.
If it has been made recently and you know what was paid for it, try selling it at a site like e-bay (if you want to sell that is) as that is a likely market for it. Aim for about half what you payed, you might be lucky and get more.
