Art Deco Is off in the UK and was largely confined to the U.S.?
I know some parts of Europe and the U.S. were heavily influenced by Art Deco and I absolutely love the style, but I did some research and all the fashionable Art Deco architecture and influence other parts of life in years 1920 / 30 seem to be all of New York. Art Deco Is the influence of Britain? Where I can see the remains of Art Deco in the UK? What steps I can take to decorate my house in this style? Thanks!

Art Deco took off throughout Britain, and was common in all types of architectural projects and engineering, from movie theaters - largely influenced by the fashion of Egyptology that swept the world after the discovery of the tomb of Tuankhamun - a Fire pubs, and bridges. There were also manufacturers of crockery, cutlery, hardware and art deco design produced by the hundreds, and you can still collecting in junk shops and antique fairs with ease. Oh, and watches and clocks. If you are in Scotland, visit the Rogano restaurant in Royal Exchange Square. Or Poirot films based on Christie's books Agathat. If you really want to decorate your home in Art Deco style, check out books, chose the colors that were popular, and can use artex to get some relief from the effects of the time
