What is so disturbing about the Grimm Brothers' Tale of Snow White?
My English teacher told me that Snow White and Rose-Red was the real original story behind Snow White and I have the Barnes and Noble classics: Grimm's Fairy Tales, it doesn't say unabridged but the stories are definetly different than the ones I've come to know but I just don't see whats so disturbing about the story of Snow-White and Rose-Red, please explain

I think that was the most disturbing part. it's a classic disturbing from grimms.
she danced till she died. i think that's sel explanatory and more gruesome than eating an apple then dying within a second.
