Are the blue and pink CHI flat irons the same as the black?
I am very interested and am about to purchase a CHI 1 inch ceramic flat iron. I was going to just get black but then i found a better deal in the blue and pink. In some products the color means some difference but in others it doesn't. Can someone help me??
no. not the same. the plates on the original are different. the pink chi in particular has been returned several times because it warps. i would recomend getting the original chi or getting the gvp knock off brand from sallys beauty supply. the knock off brand works great and is a more affordable price.
either way, if you buy your chi from a reputable store/salon, they should give a one year warranty if anything happens to it. i used to work at jcpenney salon and they were very good about honoring that, but you have to keep your reciepts and maybe even the packaging it comes in.
