What year was the Rodena pattern from Noritake made?
14 years ago, I inherited a very incomplete set of antique Noritake china. The pattern is Rodena, and it has an "M" with an upside down wreath on the back. (It also says "JAPAN", and "U.S. DESIGNPAT APPLIED FOR".) I believe it is made after 1921, and before 1948 (because after '48, they no longer used the "M"). I'm just trying to get a year of when they were made.
I wrote to Noritake, where they referred me to a book. But for the past six years, I've been unsuccessful in finding an available copy.
