HEY HEY HEY I need some help with this please ^^ Its for a good cause!!!!! The Albert Kennedy Trust?
Ok here is the deal im the pres of my schools GSA and at our last meeting we discussed doing some fund raising for gay or other equality promoting charities. Now i found this one called the The Albert Kennedy Trust which is a organization that try's to provide housing for homeless gay teens that ether ran away or were thrown out by their car givers(those heartless bastards!><) now here's were my predicament comes in their in London and im in America sooo i was wondering how that will work. Like can they accept our money (i dont know exchange rates) or would i have any trouble with the school with sending the money and stuff? I really want to donate to this charity but that could change oh so easily if someone could direct me to a charity dedicated to the same or similar cause in America (preferably the north east but anywhere in the country is good.) OR or or or!!!! if you just know of a charity AT ALL that supports gay rights i would be glad to check it out.

The Trevor Project
and
The Jeff Griffith Youth Center (It's in Los Angeles - a lot of gay youth end up here hoping to find & start a new & better life.)
